After your fairing kit passes our final quality inspection, it is securely packed into our exclusive Apex Fairings transport crate — engineered with a reinforced wooden frame for superior protection and structural integrity throughout the journey. Every detail of our packaging is designed to safeguard your investment from our workshop to your door.

We provide standard global shipping to the U.S., U.K., and Western Europe, with an estimated delivery time of 30-40 days. For customers who prefer faster delivery, expedited shipping options are available at the time of dispatch for an additional fee.

Estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout. Tracking information is typically provided within 24-72 hours after shipment. If you have not received your tracking details within that window, please reach out to us directly through the "Contact Us" section at the top of our website, and our logistics team will assist you promptly.

Current Orders

Upon receiving your fairing kit, we recommend conducting a thorough inspection within 72 hours of delivery. Should you notice any imperfections or damage, please photograph the affected areas along with the shipping box and forward the images to our support team. This ensures that any replacement parts can be processed swiftly and efficiently.

If you've already placed an order with Apex Fairings and wish to check your production or order status, simply log into your Account Page for real-time updates on your kit's progress.

Returns

At Apex Fairings, our commitment is simple — when you place an order, we deliver the product and quality you were promised. Every kit is crafted to our exacting standards, and in the rare event that any part is damaged during shipment, we will replace it free of charge.

We proudly offer a 100% fitment and paint guarantee, provided that installation is carried out by a certified motorcycle repair facility. This ensures that the fairings perform and align exactly as designed.

If you receive your kit and are not satisfied with the design, you may return it for a refund. Please note that a $250 restocking fee applies to returns without defect.

For cancellations:

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of entering production incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours incur a $250 cancellation fee.
For custom, made-to-order designs, a $350 cancellation fee applies once production has begun.

Please note that we cannot accept returns due to minor color variances between our finishes and OEM factory tones. Additionally, kits that have been installed or fitted to a motorcycle are ineligible for return.

Pause Before Installing. If you notice anything unusual, please hold off on fitting the parts to your motorcycle. This ensures we can process replacements smoothly and without delay.
Capture the Details. Take clear photos of the shipping box and the visible shipping label. These images help us verify and trace your order accurately.
Reach Out Within 30 Days. Let us know within 30 days of receiving your fairing kit if something doesn't meet expectations. The sooner you reach out, the faster we can resolve it.
Show Us What You See. Photograph any paint or part imperfections in good natural lighting. Clear, detailed images help our quality team assess and prepare the correct replacements.
Send Us Your Proof. Please submit your photos in JPG or PNG format (videos aren't required). Attach them when contacting our support team for the quickest response.
Be Specific. List the exact parts that need replacement. If possible, circle the affected areas in your photos — this makes communication efficient and precise.
