Who we are
Apex Fairings is operated by Prime Motoring Inc. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Prime Motoring Inc. trading as Apex Fairings. “You” and “your” mean the person using this website or placing an order. For order and policy questions, contact sales@apexfairings.com.
Orders and pricing
Product availability and prices may change before payment is accepted. We may correct a genuine pricing, description, or availability error and will contact you if it affects your order. An order is accepted when we confirm that its payment has been verified.
Made-to-order production
Our fairing kits are made to order. Production can take up to 30 days before dispatch. Images, colors, and product descriptions are provided for reference. Minor visual variation caused by a device display or lighting is not a defect.
Shipping and import charges
We provide free standard shipping to available destinations worldwide. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and carrier and are not guaranteed. Tracking details are issued within 24–72 hours of shipment.
You are responsible for all destination-country import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and carrier brokerage charges. If an order is refused, abandoned, or returned because those charges are not paid, it is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.
Cancellations, returns, and replacements
Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement carry a $100 cancellation fee. Beyond 24 hours, a restocking fee applies: $250 for standard orders and $350 for custom orders. Once production has begun, a made-to-order order cannot be cancelled.
Returns are accepted only for unopened kits within 30 days of receipt, minus the applicable restocking fee — see our Returns and Refund Policy for the full process. If your kit is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. When we confirm a qualifying claim, we will provide a full replacement kit. Do not install, alter, or return a kit before receiving our instructions.
Product liability
We sell aftermarket fairing kits branded as Apex Fairings. They are designed to fit your motorcycle but are not replicas of original manufacturer parts. You are responsible for making sure your motorcycle has no pre-existing damage that would affect fitment. We are not liable for fitting issues on motorcycles that have been in an accident or collision, or for injury or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or misapplication of our products. Have kits installed by a professional motorcycle repair facility.
Limited warranty and fitment guarantee
We warrant our kits to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date the kit arrives. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not misuse, neglect, normal wear, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, harsh-environment exposure, or cosmetic issues that do not affect performance.
To claim, email us with proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and clear photos. We will verify the claim and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund. Our maximum liability under this warranty is the original purchase price of the product. Our 100% fitment guarantee requires professional installation; we may ask for a receipt or other proof during a claim.
Custom-design ownership
When we create a custom design for you, we retain full ownership of the design, including any unique or customized elements. We may reuse, modify, advertise, or resell custom designs without further permission or compensation. Ordering a custom design means you agree to this.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Unless stated otherwise, we own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content. You may view, download, and print pages for your own personal use. You must not republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce for commercial purposes, or redistribute our content, frame our pages, or use our logos without prior written permission.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorized use or breach. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or any other reason at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data, arising from the use or inability to use our products or site, unauthorized access to our systems, or third-party conduct — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other theory, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage.
Affiliate codes
Affiliate codes are for private distribution through the affiliate's own channels only (their social accounts, sites, or newsletters). They must not be used in paid advertising or posted on third-party coupon sites. Commissions are paid on net revenue from eligible purchases (excluding taxes, shipping, and refunds) per the agreed schedule. We may audit activity, revoke codes, withhold commissions for fraud or unauthorized activity, and terminate affiliates for deceptive practices or brand harm.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Prime Motoring Inc. operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. In case of disagreement, contact our support team first — both sides commit to seeking a resolution in good faith before any formal proceedings in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you. Before we make products available in the EU or UK, we will publish the required responsible-person information for those markets.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders by posting a revised version on this page. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order unless a change is required by law. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
