Possibly. Your destination country or carrier may charge import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or brokerage charges. Those charges are the customer's responsibility.
Contact us immediately with your order number. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement carry a $100 cancellation fee. Beyond 24 hours, a restocking fee applies: $250 for standard orders and $350 for custom orders. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.
Unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of receipt, minus a $250 restocking fee ($350 for custom kits). Kits that have been opened, fitted, or show more than minor screen-to-product color variation are not refundable. See our Returns and Refund Policy for the full process.
Contact sales@apexfairings.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the kit, packaging, and shipping label. If we confirm the issue, we will provide a full replacement kit. Do not install or return the kit before receiving instructions.
